Using a Rotary Cutter Safely. It has been brought to our attention that the factory has mistakenly placed a big YELLOW plastic washer with the Rotary cutter. This should be in fact a Spring-Loaded metal washer. If you have noticed that the cutter loosens when in use, this would be the reason.
